Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a drug-free natural approach to musculoskeletal management and optimum well being. Chiropractors identify dysfunctional vertebrae and joints which are not moving properly. These areas of dysfunction stress adjacent joint tissues and irritate spinal nerves.
Chiropractic adjustments restore proper joint motion, remove nerve irritation and surrounding stress on nearby structures and tissues. Various soft tissue procedures may also be used to treat muscles and limbs directly.
Biomechanics
Biomechanics is the study of the structure and function of living things. When applied to sports, it examines the muscular, joint and skeletal actions of the body during the execution of a given skill and/or technique. It aids in the areas of sport's performance, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Our clients are amazed at how many biomechanical errors have been the limiting factors in reaching their performance goals.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is not about strength as much as it is about educating muscles to fire in a correct pattern for optimum support of the skeletal system. You can have the strongest muscles in the world but still be prone to injuries if they do not fire properly or to work as they should.
